Vegan Alternatives

If you are Vegan and wanting to create a cocktail which requires egg whites, simply replace the egg white with 1 oz. Aquafaba (chickpea liquid)

Dry-shake the cocktail mix first for 10-15 seconds before adding ice (once ice is added the cold mix won’t foam up as well) Get even more air into the foam by doing a long pour: remove ice, strain mix from one half shaker to the other.

Pour the vegan mix back and forth 2-3 times. Pour it as long as you can!
